LitigoLex economic rights are directly linked to the underlying contractual arrangements within the structure.
These economic rights represent units of the overall agreements entered into between the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) and the investor.

Dynamic participation – Progressive valuation – Controlled liquidity

Class A rights relate to an investment in a specific operation.
They terminate upon completion of the cycle, following recovery of claims and distribution of proceeds.
Class B rights allow reinvestment into new operations upon completion of each cycle.
They are cumulative over time through successive investment cycles.
